Material:
6 tablespoons lemon esensse
1 tsp powdered instant fruit gelatin
1.5 liters of mineral water
5 tablespoons granulated sugar (to taste)
ice cubes to taste
pieces of lemon for garnish
Method:
1. Dissolve gelatin powder with 50 ml hot water
2. Mix with lemon essence and mineral water
3. Enter the sugar and stir until blended. Let stand for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Serve in a glass. Do not forget to give garnishes on it, with pieces of lemon ororange jelly candy.
